Section 1: Payment
付款方式
付款方式：我們接受 PayPal，Visa，MasterCard，Americal Express，Apple Pay或 Google Pay。
Different currencies shown are for reference only. All payments will be charged in Hong Kong Dollars.
完成轉賬/存款後，您必須向提供付 款證明给 至 [email protected]. Orders will not be fulfilled until full payment has been acknowledged by Botamedi Brain Health and Medical Care Company Limited.
Section 2: Delivery
為防止交付失敗，請定期跟踪您的訂單並確保有人在場接收您的訂單。
國際航運
我們為任何地區提供標準郵政服務的國際航運。
*我們不發貨到韓國（韓國或朝鮮）。
送貨選項
默認情況下，物品由 SF Express (顺丰速运) 香港快遞和 SpeedPost (特快專遞) 國際訂單。
如果您更喜歡DHL或FedEx等其他快遞公司，請在結帳前在特別要求中留下快遞公司名稱和您的帳戶詳細信息。任何額外費用必須由客戶承擔。
運輸費用
香港
- 香港的所有地址收取40港元的統一費率。
- A flat rate of 30 HKD will be charged for all orders below 500 HKD.
國際航運
- 有關詳細費率，請參閱 運費 。
- *國際貨件不包含稅。
交貨時間
一般來說，您的物品將在3個工作日內送達香港，或8個工作日送達國際訂單(SpeedPost)。
您可以使用發送到您的電子郵件的跟踪號碼跟踪您的訂單並在線查看預計到達日期。
訂單通常在周一至週五的下一個工作日處理，並在48小時內發貨。營業日不包括星期六，星期日，公眾假期及懸掛八號或以上黑色暴雨警告或八號或以上熱帶氣旋警告信號的日子。對於在工作日以外的訂單，物品將在下一個工作日發貨。
所有商品均來自香港中環。請注意，交貨時間可能會更長，具體取決於您的位置。
跟踪
我們會在發貨後通過電子郵件向您發送跟踪編號。 Please add [email protected] to your address book and check the spam folder if you cannot find it.
郵政信箱
對於500港元以上的訂單和國際訂單，我們可以發貨到有效的郵政信箱。只會使用未註冊（未跟踪）的帖子，因為這是唯一一種在收據時不需要簽名的方法。對於因任何原因未能成功交付，Road International不承擔任何責任。
自助接送
Collection in person is no longer available.
交付不成功
交付不成功：對於因客戶提供的地址錯誤而未能成功交付的物品，我們將對運往香港地址的訂單收取40港元的額外轉運費，或由快遞公司確定的國際訂單費用。
Road International對運輸過程中包裹丟失，被盜或延誤不承擔任何責任。
Section 3: Exchanges and Returns
我們只允許更換損壞/預先打開的包裝，發送錯誤的訂單和特殊情況。所有交易所必須在交付之日起10個工作日內到達我們。物品可以郵寄或親自發送給我們。
In case of defective items, Botamedi will cover all postage costs. If the customer wishes to change the defective item to a different product, he/she must pay 50% of the postage fee.
Botamedi is not liable for any purchases made through third parties. All requests for exchanges in such cases will be duly declined.

Section 4: Modifying Order
如果您想添加商品，刪除商品，取消或合併運費訂單，請盡快與我們聯繫。如果我們已經發送了您的商品（通常是下一個工作日），我們將無法取消或進行任何更改。
