We only allow exchange for damaged/pre-opened packaging, wrong orders sent and special cases. All exchanges must reach us within 10 working days from the day of delivery. Items can be sent to us by post or in person.
In case of defective items, Road International will cover all postage costs. If the customer wishes to change the defective item to a different product, he/she must pay 50% of the postage fee.
Road International (H.K.) Co., Limited is not liable for any purchases made through third parties. All requests for exchanges in such cases will be duly declined.
